Power of the Force 2, Mint on Card Theater Edition figure, Return of the Jedi Special Edition.
This figure was only available at the release of the Special Edition version of Return of the Jedi. This is what started my Luke Jedi focus. Note the error on the card, the release of the ROTJ:SE was delayed by one week so the date on the bottom of the card is incorrect.
