Hasbro released a Luke Jedi and Rancor playset in The Legacy Collection in Feb 2009 entitled Jabba’s Rancor. This set differs greatly from the one released in 1998. The Luke Jedi figure is a re-release of the TAC Luke Jedi figure, the loose figure included in this set is featured separately on this site. The rancor is substantially different as seen in the photos below. This one is more realistic and larger than the first release. The mouth opens and the creature features “rancor grip” which I think is a reference to the right hands poseability (the fingers are flexible but stay in position once moved)..
